Since 2000 Headmaster of the Johann-Christoph-Blumhardt-School in Mühlacker (Kiga, GS, WRS, RS, Gym, BG)
Head of the working group for literature in German lessons for many years
Since 2003 member of the steering committee of the AEBS (Association of Protestant Denominational Schools)
Founding member of the VEBS in 2006
Member of the VEBS Board since then, currently 2nd Chairman
Responsibility for the field of action “Support for educational work/academy”
Member of the EACE (European Association of Christian Education) steering group since 2024
